Chinese PU OTR retread plant delayed againBOULDER CITY, Nev. (Sept. 26, 2008) – China’s Qingdao Qizhou Rubber Co. Ltd. has delayed the start of a project to retread off the road (OTR) mining tires with polyurethane elastomer compounds provided by Amerityre Inc. due to a slowdown in the domestic market and reduced working capital, Amerityre disclosed recently.©
